Timelines

Payment Terms
– Payments are typically structured as follows and may vary based on quotes and additional agreements in place:
– 50% upfront upon signing the agreement.
– 25% at the midpoint of the project.
– 25% upon approval and delivery of services.
Cancellation and Refunds

– If the client wishes to cancel the project, a written notice must be provided.
– Refunds will be based on the work completed up to the cancellation date along with any cancellation fees or other agreed to terms.

– We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet obligations or engages in unethical practices. Any remaining balance will be billed for work completed.
